This seminar, which can be done in a one day or two day format, focuses on the standards for respect in the workplace, recent Supreme Court decisions, and on how to avoid making the mistakes which lead to sexual harassment claims. Sessions can also be tailored to various subcomponents of the workforce--office employees, field employees, law enforcement, etc.
